A live call offering energy advice with a view to installing solar panels. When transferred to the supervisor I told him that we belong to the telephone preference service, he apologised and said they tried to abide by this.
I have about 3 or 4 missed calls from these DAILY. As im at work, I cant answer but on the odd occasion I have, they just hang up. They never leave a voicemail and i'm getting a tad hacked off. If anyone can shed any light on whether they are genuine or not, they would be great, if not, they will remain a negative rating. Thanks :)
