Fake accident claim - hung up after they asked me to hold on when I asked their company name! It was the second call of the day - other call was from 020 3063 3810
Robotic call asked for details of recent transactions and asked me to confirm that they were legit (all via phone keypad. After I answered in the affirmative I was told that I could continue to use the card as usual. On trying to use the card a few days later, it was blocked! Two phone calls to their 'Helpline' later I now have to wait for them to send me a new PIN. Total farce!
