This is a company called Ace U.K they are cold callers for an accident claims company who have information that you have been involved in a crash in the last 3 years.

Apparently I have had an accident recently (I haven t). My phone is registered with the Telephone Preference Service so they shouldn t even be calling me.

I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. How, in this day and age, are these annoying, harassing numbers allowed to CONTINUALLY stalk us & bombard us with unwanted calls ??? I don t care if it s a legitimate survey or not ... they are stalking us !!!

They are from an energy company and asked me about a smart meter that I don t have. I said I m not interested but they are still calling and I don t answer anymore. They should understand my reasons.
