I called the number, instead of using the hyperlink has I was suspicious, and was put through to the EE voicemail service. Make of it what you will.....

Call centre in background. Said he was calling from Carphone Warehouse asking if I was currenly in a contract. I asked where he'd got my number and he said he was authorised to call anyone with a mobile. I'm registered with TPS (for what it's worth).

I have got to take my hat off to these guys being very sceptical at first having a telephone call but after 12weeks nervously waiting I have had a successful claim of ?9785 on my credit cards which I had no paper work for and two loans I had for cars dating back late 90 s I ve just booked for the family to go to Mexico !
