Got a call at 11:00am on a Monday morning. Background noise suggested the caller was outside. Knew my name and informed me that they I had a claim for Insurance & mobile phone. They said they were calling from the Bureau. Information was incorrect and they said they would update the system. The call ended.

Just got a call from Pauline claiming to be from Safe Call Solutions. She wanted to sell a box which would block unwanted market survey and cold calls. The cost would be 96p per week. I told her I would get back to her and the telephone number she gave was 03303530023.
