Had a call from a Castlegate finance from London talking about frozen pensions. Told them I wasn't interested and not to ring me again. Caller gave a sarcastic reply so I hung up. Blocked number then had a further call from the same company this time from Leeds. I asked them again not to ring me and blocked that number. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1612497xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with financial services, PPI, insurance claims, loans. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Recorded message from HM Rev and Customs, Officer Lisa Williams advising I had to ring urgently or suffer the consequences of legal proceedings. Asked to call back on 02080894397. 1 hour later there was another call but this time no message, 02080894571 seems to be linked to the same type of scam after searching on the number. Don't give them air space, and certainly don't call back, this is another horrible scam which will unfortunately pray on the more vulnerable in society. SCUM BAGS!!!!
