Scammers - why are we so useless at tracking and tracing these people, why is reporting it to TPS and ICO such a waste of time? Rachel called said she was ringing from Leicester Hearing Clinic,she was informed I had been employed in industry and would be able to claim against hearing loss(this is untrue) she could not give me the address of the Co. in Leicester as she was calling from a Call Centre in Manchester. I told her I was registered with the TPS she said she would remove me from the data list. I informed her that I would report her Co.

Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. SCAM alert - ANIC Associates claim that you have a good chance of winning the Missold Solar Panels. Initially it was a no win no fee claim but then they said, it was more complicated so needed to charge £600 for legal document fees via credit card. Nothing is written down. Do not fall for this!!
