Case debt management, told me they were calling about secured and unsecured debts (Clearly they do not know The difference between the two of these) and did i have any credit cards or loans? Told them i didn t and could they take me off the list. Guy was then really sarcastic and loud down the phone at me. I m registered with tps but they get round it by using mobile numbers. Scumbags. Companies need to be fined.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers) - can be something different and legitimate, but srry I'm always suspicious considering numbers for shared rate. I recommend to block the whole 0845286xxxx range... Did someone answer this number?

Called claiming to be from virgin media. Asked to press ctrl and r on your computer. This is the start of the process to allow remote access. I'm aware of someone who did this and then had an attempt to have internet banking set up. Someone else had their bank account emptied after doing what they asked. I told them I wasn't prepared to do anything as was aware of scams from people claiming to be calling from virgin media. They hung up straightaway then.

Been called by this number - each time it didn't stay on the line long enough for it to even ring, however the network sends me a missed call alert each time so I know I've had a call. No message of course so definitely a call centre.
