She said she needed me to run some diagnostics from my computer to check the issue my end. Do yourself a favour, block this number. They try to get access to your pension (if you have one) and scam money out of you. What ever you do, do not deal with these people. Look online, its a well known scam company!

Scam call claiming to be Openreach and saying broadband frequency being changed, needed me to go to my computer so that they could guide me through set-up. I hung up. Number rang again this morning but I didn t answer.
I received an automated call about some money taken from my card. If I wanted to learn more press 1 they requested. The call was from Nakhichevan Russian Federation - I never had any connection with this part of world. Must be a fraud?!
