Obvious fraud. They claim to be from o2, wanting to save you money. They actually use o2s own "forgotten password" link do send you a message directly from o2, with a code that they can use to access your account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS CODE!

Foriegn guy called said he was from a company called Certik, said I had invested in a company called go365 in 2022, sums of 250 then 500 and then 1000 pounds, he said someone had stolen my identity and was using my identity to invest. It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. Our phones silence any unknown numbers but as no voicemail messages were left we are assuming the calls weren't important.

Contacted regarding my amazon account and large order to being placed by I-phone. When asked what the order was for the caller became evasive and just said that it was for £737. When amazon orders were checked no such order had been placed and and no communication made. I consider this number dangerous.

This number called Saturday 4th March early to say they were calling on behalf of amazon they were trying to stop our amazon account being hacked and our credit cards charged. Short story they are scammers trying to release you of your funds. They then continue with mobile phone numbers after this point. Be extremely careful when answering this number.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday.
