I went through the whole process with SMS legal alias Scarlet services etc... Their sales tactics were admittedly very good and it takes a lot to get me to listen and go for it. I was generally happy to proceed but then got very cautious when so far in to the process they asked for ?495 of my credit card and they agreed it was a holding fee .
