I do not know anyone in Sheffield so can only imagine this was a cold call. They did not leave a message so if it was a genuine call then they would have left one.
This number has called constantly the past few days, always on my mobile first and when I don't answer that, they ring my landline, straight away. No message is ever left, really annoying. I've now blocked the number on both my mobile and my landline - if it's important they should have left a message, so I can only assume it's a scam or aggressive sales.
