Received a call from 02039741025 and when I answered I was greeted by an automated voice message saying my details had been linked to fraudulent activities and that if I did not call them back my bank accounts would be frozen. Repeated calls from this number. I finally answered. They knew my name (first name) and claimed to be from a company I couldn't understand the name of despite repeated requests for them to repeat it. They said they were calling to review my life policies. On the basis my life policies are with a company whose name sounds nothing like what they said, I told them I have no policies with them. Received a call from this number appertaining to be from Amazon asking me to confirm/cancel a purchase of £99. When I said cancel she asked me what device i used so she could send me a cancellation form? I said i was away from my computer but she said she would wait on the line until I was in front of it.
