I was contacted by the "supposed recruiter" asking me to call Bank of America. The phone I've called (this phone) does not belong to Bank of America. This phone number and several others are mapped to a telephony exchange with routes the calls to India.

It was a Lloyd's fraud protection call giving me a pin. I called the main line and confirmed it. I would still always note down the pin, put the phone down and ring the number on the back of your card just to be safe. Never give details to someone who call

The first call was something about winning £1000. Since yesterday I have had three calls from 0843 numbers which when I google them are for the same thing making it difficult to block them. I am wondering who passed my number on to them as I only give my number to companies who I am involved with and always refuse my details to be passed on to other parties.
