I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Insurance/Spam suspected. UK Caller dialled my Swiss mobile and purported to be working on a survey for Swiss government that would take about 1 minute. I was then asked about car and life insurance, so left the call after about 2 minutes and before the 'survey' was completed.
