This company rings selling loans and promises all applicants some form of lending and at the end they say watch your emails for the credit agreements but they never materialise. They also send out phones wich I rejected and they also retain your card details and you end up being subscribed to credit rating agencies who take money without consent. Absolute scammers. Spam? 0800 numbers are usually freephone and used for incoming calls rather than outgoing ones from the caller so this is likely to be dodgy, particularly as it appears to be unidentifiable
The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. SPAM Caller had a strong Indian accent and said he was calling from Carphone Warehouse. When I asked him where he got my number from, he said he got it from “All Networks” and he couldn’t even te me what Network I was with. Said he was calling about a promotion. Eventually he hung up
