Yet another bank fraud call I am so sick of these calls. I sometimes act dumb and lead them on with false information then block them I am getting 5/6 calls a day from different numbers
Said I was in a drawer for a prize but in the meantime said I'd be entered into the national lottery. Great but when it asked me for my bank details I knew it was a scam. BEWARE

Call received from this number today, 27 February 2023 @ 10:16. I did not answer, but they left a message, which I felt was an attempt to trick me into responding in order to avoid paying unlawful requests for several hundred pounds. I believe this to be a scam call from someone pretending to be from Amazon.

024 7630 5294 - This number belongs to furinncattery.co.uk but it has been "hijacked" by some cons pretending they are from Vodaphone. Hysterically, when I said I am not with Vodaphone, the person on the other end asked which company I was with and tried to engage in conversation with me! Heavy Asian accent. I just ended the call and haveblocked the number (as I am not expecting a call from the cattery either!)
SCAM - they pretend to be be from Carphone Warehouse, but it's not genuine!!! Don't give them any details!

It worryingly coincides with DAILY Phishing e mails for past 3/4 months reported to report@phishing/ICO and Microsoft. SCAM I received an automated call from this number on my house phone, claiming to be informing me of an irregular payment on my credit card for the amount of £1,100 and also suspect activity on Amazon. My bank does not contact me on this number and I don't deal with Amazon. I hung up immediately and did not listen further.

I don't know who the caller was as I did't answer and they didn't leave a message. I called the number back, to be told by a message that the ''call is not recognised'' so who ever they are, they are probably not very legit.

Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up.
