Asian sounding woman (Susan) stated Sky are changing from monthly debit standing order to single annual payment, required upfront. Started as a silent call but picked up by "Danielle" with a Scottish accent. Offered to advise on how to reduce energy costs. Rang off when I started to ask questions about who they were. When I called the number back a recording said it was changed to 118196, a directory inquiries service run by Vox Clarity. Clearly a telemarketer after selling insulation etc

Recorded message 1/8/18 9:30am about "Windows scrappage scheme" a "government initiative" press button to opt in press another button to be removed from list. I did nothing as I am concerned pressing a button can reroute call to a premium rate chargeable call. We are on TPS, renewed regularly, so this call is unlikely to be a reputable company.
