This number called me asking me to confirm details of an accident that wasn’t my fault I had to ask them them who was calling twice before telling me some name of maybe riverside something or other, I cannot remember I told them I hadn’t been in touch with them and that any reputable company would have introduced themselves and asked for me by name. I asked them to confirm who they thought they were speaking to and they rudely hung up.

This outfit have been hard selling products to my elderly grandmother for the past 6 months and by the looks of things they have been selling her details on to very similar unscrupulous companies. She has had a direct debit set up for cover that she has no idea what it is for, but because the sales people were slick and pretended they had spoken to her before she stupidly trusted them and now she has lost hundreds of pounds.
