Told me his name was Vitali and he was calling because i had a problem with my router and that i would need to swap to a talk talk one (I m not with talk talk). He tried to get me to do stuff on my computer and told me it was full of errors. Not very happy when I called him out on it. He gave me Virgin Media s sales number when i asked him for his number as i didnt believe him. But 1471 told me he called from this number. Watch out.

Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. Rang once, couldn t understand name of company but heard PPI, so put phone down, rang back immediately and the male operative said, "Why did you put the phone down", I replied, "Cos I m not interested". He answered, "Interested in what" in an angry tone, so I just said, "In whatever you re selling" and hung up again. The phone then rang again immediately and I didn t answer. Didn t like the tone of the call at all, or appreciate being rung back a further twice.
