Called landline twice on 28 June 2017. No voicemail left. Got No. from 1471. Returned call only to receive a voicemail stating its a call from my local Lloyds Branch and that they will call again. I am waiting for this call again (IF it comes) and hope to play the caller for what it is worth. Will also let the Police know but not sure they will be willing to do much though they have the number. Perhaps they could establish WHO has issued this number to whom and take it from there. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181490xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with some wide-scope telemarketing call centre, reported with PPI, insuarance marketing, loans/debts, energy schemes. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

I know this is a scam but I called the number. The phone was answered by a male with an Indian accent, claiming to be HMRC. When I questioned this he just hung up.
