called me on my mobile, as it is a local number to me, same place as my dentist I thought it might be them, appointment this afternoon. but it is not. On ringing this number it says it is not in use? Strange one. SPAM, misdial who knows.
Caller with Indian accent said he was from Amazon and was calling about a purchase my wife had supposedly made for an Iphone 11, he said his name was Daniel Smith when I asked. If this number is an O2 number , I suggest that O2 pass on the details of the holder of that sim card to Amazon or the police...

Call center Was a very persistent man who spoke so quickly I couldn't understan who he said he worked for (even after I asked him to repeat himself more slowly ) saying he could save me money on my phone mobile phone and constantly asked how much I was paying. Told him I wasn't interested and he continued to ask the same thing. Not told him if I wanted to do something about my phone and bills I would so so myself and he still continued. I eventually hung up on him when he was still asking for how much.

Fraud SPAM SCAM Number text me as a wrong number looking for Carolyn, when i replied wrong number, they apologised and asked for my name so they could add me to their address book so it wouldn't happen again. There have been 22 checks on this number in 2 days, it screams phishing for information that will be used for scams or fraud in the future.
Poor line quality, strong foreign accent. Claimed to be from SKY and had detected "slow internet" on my connection which they could fix at no cost. When I replied that I didn't have any problems, immediately hung up.

Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. This is an actual real firm's number. But the number has been taken over by some scammer who is contacting random people. I did not answer the phone in time, so rang back and the company said they had several people ringing back who had been approached by scammers. Awful for them to be used like this.
