Anonymous hang-up calls to my mobile. Trying to call the number back results in failed calls. Not sure how they got my mobile number, but calls are unwelcome and I don t respond to telephone spammers.

Threatening call threatening violence towards myself

Called twice a day for last week....I answered this time and asked caller why he had not left message on answer machine as he was obviously needing to speak to me...he promptly hung up.

I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

Scam call. Indian caller claiming to be from Sky saying router has been compromised and needs remote access to fix it.

This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention.

This telephone number is telesales regarding Insurance.

If one has the time available much fun can be had by engaging with these people, keeping them chatting and feeding them lies. After which, just block the number.
