SCAM. This is a scam. The caller claims to be identifying tenants of problem landlords who are not maintaining the property. They will take enforcement action against the landlord and recover their costs from the landlord. Claiming to be BT who do not provide my internet calling about my internet problems, specifically the public IP. They claim it is public because of hacker which is a lie. Want to connect to your computer ultimately. NEVER let this happen.
