Scam call telling me my National Insurance number has been suspended

This number calls very often, it’s very similar to my number 0770249 then varied numbers after. I have blocked at least 15 varied calls from this number. Then a week or so later, I get at least four calls again starting with 0770249, so I never answer, just block them. When I do occasionally answer, the phone goes down. So can’t offer what type of call, except a nuisance call
