I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number). I researched the number but could not find a legitimate index entry, so I conclude it is a scam and not to be trusted at all. Potentially dangerous. Claimed to be from Lloyds fraud protection giving home location and claiming card was used at another location. Quickly realised it was a scam call and went to quickly hang up, the caller made a very strange noise beforehand lol.
Received 33 missed calls from this number in one day no message left - (unknown callers are silenced & sent directly to voicemail) I text back asking who they were & what they wanted & nothing
This was a very frightning scam call, saying that amounts of something like £300 and £1100 had been debited to my card - they didn't say which - and to ring a certain number etc etc Dangerous and number now blocked.

When asked how she got my number since I've never had dealings with 02084291383 i was told my number was on her database...asked 'what database'...she has a database from all network providers. SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. I missed a call from this number just now (3.4.23 at 12.51). My son works in Glasgow and I was worried that something might have happened. I tried to call it back x3 and each time, after a long pause, the call failed to connect.

Supposedly Peter Stokes from Relief energy - calling all homeowners in my postcode area because we're paying the highest energy prices. This is a BOT, asks questions, pauses and then goes on to the next question regardless of whether you have answered and what you have said - I just said 'TPS' in case it's a genuine company and there was someone picking up the answers, but I'm pretty sure it's a scam as others think and I can't trace a company by this name, so I will now report it to Action Fraud Phishing.
