Scam call, claiming to be from PC World regarding a phone promotion. Noisy Indian call centre. Soon as I mentioned the telephone preference service she hung up.
Called regarding our website domain, called himself Luke from PDM. Asked to speak to whoever set up the domain, told him that it was set up a long time ago and I wasn't sure but that I could help. He ignored that and asked to speak to the MD, I advised him I wouldn't pass him through to the MD for such a query and that I could help at which point he hung up. At best a rude salesperson, at worse a scam. I can't find any information relating to them online so most likely the latter, best to avoid.

We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel

Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. I highly suspect this was a scam call.

SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.
