Got a call from this number +442476755510 number advising that they were from Atrac Solutions (or this is what it sounded like). Asking to confirm my address details which I refused to confirm yet the caller was very pushy and continued in his persuit for this information. I asked what was the busines reason for the call but he failed to divulge this information. I kindly advised that I wouln t be answering any information until he at least told me why he was calling. Phoned twice on Saturday morning. I answered but stayed silent. No sound at all from the other end and was cut off after a few seconds. Assume it was an automated call.

Initially called but didn t talk when picked up, called back an hour later again nobody at the other end, waited about 10 seconds and then someone said Hello am I talking to the business owner?" I asked why there was such a long delay between me answering the phone and him talking, he hung up...
I do not know who they are. All I know is that it is from the centre of Chichester. They do not even leave a text so that I would at least know who is attempting to get hold of me!!! It may be quite innocent, but until I know who is calling as unknown, it is a nuisance. Why should we have to put up with this rubbish, the caller would not like it if this happened to them. I will not call them back incase it is a scam.

The company does have a small department off staff that generate leads through the website, and may phone up to follow up a recent/previous enquiry. The website offer savings and comparison. Now what people don t understand, is that if you go onto the website and enter in your details, there is small print at the bottom with a consent
