SCAM - Called said hello - laughed as if they thought their scam was hilarious and couldn't keep a straight face then hung up.

Caller said they were from O2 and could offer me a discount on my mobile phone bills. I said that with the discount that I would be paying nothing then as it would be the same as my O2 account now (Non existent) SCAM!! Keep away.

WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.

Banking scam. Tried to get me to move money into a new "safe" account. Told them where to go and hung up. Please beware of this type of fraud.

I believe this number was used on a scam email purporting to be from BT asking me to update my profile or I would be cut off.

Tried to call me. Didn’t pick up as I’ve been getting a bunch of these assholes try to call me when I know what they’re trying to do. Hack into my phone. I have my phone on a do not call list with the government if I’ve not signed up for it yet you still call me… you’re lucky I don’t report your little gang to the police. Please go to: https://route-reschedule51.com (Livelink in the txt) We were not expecting any deliveries and so far there has been no follow up.. I am convinced this is the well-known Courier Scam. I did not follow the link and would recommend others to do the same. If anyone decides to try, I suspect you'll be invited to pay a small fee for redelivery or collection -

I had a call this afternoon apparently from this number 08000234567, which I know is the number of the Financial Ombudsman's Office, when the caller said he was from the fraud dept of my bank. I had called the Financial Ombudsman earlier in the day on that number. It did not feel right and when I challenged the caller he put down the phone. Somebody may be able to pick up the numbers of those who have called the FOO? I will tell the FOO by email as their phone system takes too long to get through!
