As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. The guy was actually yawning when he asked to speak to me. Didn t like his attitude and made it clear, so he said "if you don t want to talk to me, I ll get someone to ring you back". Get a proper job.
Asked for my business partner and would not tell me what it was about-just kept asking "is he about at all?" and would not give a reason why he wanted to talk to him other than that "he had spoken to him a few weeks ago" (vague)...but would not say what he had spoken to him about? Timewasters.
