I couldn't tell hardly a word this character was saying. Sounded like a long distance call from India whilst he was wearing a big steel bucket on his head! I did pick one word which was "handset" at which I ended the call. My number is registered with the TPS but, as usual, that was a waste of time.

I have been getting calls from this number for around 1 year. I have never answered it and do not intend to. If it was someone wanting to contact me personally, they would leave a message or text me. I believe it is someone wanting to scam me or an unwanted sales call and they have no business ringing me.
Have contacted with Argos and they have confirmed it is NOT from them! Obviously a fraud scam.
I got a call from this number saying they were amazon and someone had purchase a £300 phone on my account. When I told him to cancel it he asked me to log on to my playstore account. When I said to him it was a scam and that I was not stupid he swore at me and ended the call

They have called on previous days but this morning have phoned continually claiming to be about a fault with my internet connection , I have no fault, when you tell them to stop phoning they just hang up if you say no problem with internet again they hang up after trying to argue with you that there is.
