SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I'm getting calls on a daily basis. I never answer and always block however, each call is a slightly different number. I've even had 3 different numbers ring me within one minute as if someone is desperately trying to get hold of me!! Don't fall for that one! If you don't know the number and it's important they will leave a message,if they don't it's not important is it? I did have one message left one day there was just a load of swearing going on in the background then it cut off.consider them Dangerous!
