He first asked for somebody who has not worked here for several years. I asked him to send the new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request and claimed it was impossible. Telephone preference management, claiming to be on 0203 621 1316. I rang this number and they answered as TPM. All people I spoke to (2 male,1 female) had strong Indian accents and appeared to be in a call centre. My ring back gave 01461 444019 as the number. Requesting to confirm some of my debit card details to match me up with their data base. I refused and they called me back twice and rang a further 3 times when I didn't answer. I have had several of these calls over the last few days/possibly weeks.
