After receiving phone calls for the past 3 weeks 3 times a day from this useless company, I finally answered and asked them to stop ringing me, A young girl replied saying "but we ve never rung before" and hung up, - I have screen shots on my phone with the amount of calls I get from these people!!!!! Absolute ****heads

CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT I FOUND A DEBIT OF ?99.99 FROM A FREE TIME CD. I RANG THE BANK WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS FROM A PURCHASE I HAD MADE ABOUT A MONTH EARLIER. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd

Also had calls from 0161 201 0040 ( Jubilee & Wilson Accounts Dept ). Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). I have requested a copy of the recording several times & they agreed to send it, but it never arrived. They have sent invoice; payment reminders; continuous phone calls
