rang about accident earlier in year. knew exact date. I asked for further details such as phone number which he wouldn t give but threatened to cancel car insur immediately. Definitely not from our insurer.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Rang today and listed a stream of debts I DON T have. Hung up on me when I pointed out I have no debts. Thick Indian accent, didn t ask any security questions and also failed to tell me the name of the company twice - he got confused both times so god knows where he was meant to be calling from. I just researched this number as it appeared on my phone 4 times in the last month and one site said its a company named Domestic & General. I just wrote to them to remove me from their marketing list.

Missed call from someone with an 01582 number. Not on my contact list so no return call made. I expect it's a scam caller thinking I am stupid.
