Said he was with BT but quite clearly not as we have just taken out a new contract with BT When I wouldnt give him the name of the person in our company dealing with this he got quite aggressive I put him on hold and when I went back to him he had hung up horrible man

I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. They claim they don't have

I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number). I researched the number but could not find a legitimate index entry, so I conclude it is a scam and not to be trusted at all. Potentially dangerous. When I asked how much this would be, they said they do not have my contract in front of them and "that we work with all the major networks". I am neither with o2 or have a contract....SCAM Fraud

This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.

If not a scam its a pestering call
text message claiming to be my child in a terrible situation with a smashed phone, no funds and requiring help. Clearly a fake message and did not supply bank details.
It was a Tesco delivery driver.

Silent call I have been rung around 10 times over 2 days feom this number. They hang up very quickly and it is not possible to ring them back. When I was quick enough to pick up their call, there was no one, so a silent call.

call from 01794368222 caller was from Microsoft and had identified a problem with my computer, I hung this up and he called me back from another number he got agitated when i refused to follow his instructions
