This automated call received today, saying from bank security and calling re 2 transactions on account. I instantly put phone down as have had these calls before and then when found out was from Bangalore put block on my phone for this number.
SCAM given this number to ring to purchase item from FB MP, told it was a bad signal area and to use other contact methods such as emai. SCAM number rings out so your only option is to send details via email

SCAM: Recorded call received from 01823 284844 saying bank account 'scammed' with two large sums of money taken out. One by "Amazon" and another amount. Clearly an attempted fraud.

01997 617229 called me around 4:30PM on 21 March 2023. A guy with an Indian accept was speaking, but hung-up after about 5 seconds. If you call back, it says "welcome to Farn Mart", but none of the options in the menu connect you to anyone.
Definitely a SCAM caller. Beware!

I rang the number back it’s about PPI saying I had money back in 2019 I told the lady I didn’t receive any money and to remove me from their database She started to raise her voice asking why would they do that when I had received money! I told her I had NOT received any money and to remove me from database. She started to speak I cut her short and said these calls should be removed remove me immediately and hung up. He said "sorry we may have wrong number" so theyre obviously working through a list. (It takes a few seconds to connect to an Indian call centre) Clearly spam calling, could be scam.
