Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer. Rang back on works landline and received an automated message saying I had been contacted by a double glazing company, I think they were called "Crown?". Anyway blocked so hopefully will never hear from them again.

You need to quote the number they ve called you on and tell them it s Shelter, as they re obviously a telemarketing company with a number of clients.
