Twice so far today. "Telephone preference management" or similar, wanting to check my CVV number.
Lady rung saying gaurantee running out on windows. She made appointment for tmrw to do a check then asked are there any males at the address!!! After i done a few checks its all false. I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
