They ask for the person responsible for your Electricity and the government guidelines that come into place, I explained the person does not wish to speak to you. The lady got very abrupt saying "the person doesn t want to speak to me, that s alright, I shall contact your provider that you are not interested" I basically put the phone down.

Now I m sure that a 13 year old doesn t have a car or a license and they definitely shouldn t be calling a 13 year old.ive showed him how to block numbers and blocked the number who called him. Beware as these people don t have any scruples about who they call.

Missed call - have called me three of four times today and have hung up before I can get to phone. Read somewhere that this dialling code doesn't exist and if someone is calling from this number, it's likely spoofed.
