Called today, phone ID said Redruth Cornwall, however missed text message showed 01513759551 (Liverpool no in keeping with other comments). Blocked the number.

These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers.
