Got a call very early in the morn, early for me that is, so I was half a sleep, from a man with a Northern Irish Accent from 03002003884 asking about corporation tax payable, he knew many details including my turn over, he asked me to confirm my date of birth and address, I did this, all of this is of course available on the Company's House website. Contact us if this was NOT you via, 0333 339 4872”. Apparently both numbers in France. FFS fed up to the back teeth with scammers - LPA for my mum who has been scammed out of thousands of pounds. Automated message supposedly 'Bank Security' regarding two recent payments made by card....1 to Amazon for £300 and the 2nd an International payment of £1000+. The usual crap is then given re pressing 1 or 2 depending on how you want to proceed. Complete load of rubbish. I get regular calls from a variety of numbers all exactly the same. They want shooting! Bloody nuisance.

I rang British Gas using the genuine number from their website - they confirmed that no-one's called me today.

Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. Yet more thieving scumbags who should be ashamed of themselves.
Claims to be my local energy advisor SPAM I was transferred to a man with an Indian accent on a very poor quality line who knew my old postcode. Why would my local energy advisor be making calls from India?
