the Scouser was a joke,,, he wanted to know if I had made a claim for compensation, told him to look it up for himself, sort out the money and send it to me as he made it out as though he had all my details. Interestingly he hung up after that :)
See called in German for some information. Was very rude because I didn't want to talk to her and wanted v to know where she has my details from. She got angry and threatened that she will call me 10 times more to wake me up on purpose because I had no time for her. I told her that I was a night worker and want my peace in the morning. She ignored that and gut even more aggressive.
