likewise just got a call about the fact that our computer licence was being cancelled - lol - I told her there was no such thing, although we do have a fish licence & a bee ...
Claims to be calling from BT Openreach and my computer is being attacked by virus etc ... She disconnected when I said I don't have internet but use pigeons to send mail.
On answering phone, caller launches into a pre-recorded talk. Doesn t respond to "Hello, who s calling?". very rude. Had this twice this week. Replaced receiver both times.1471 told me it was 01600469009

I'm guessing spam - didn't let them get far to find out as I kept quizzing them about who they were and never confirming who they are supposed to be talking to. Said they were from a company called something like brnza (couldn't quite understand the accent) saying they want to email me something on behalf of Dell and they read out an email address they wanted me to confirm (which of course I wouldn't). I basically said this call is unauthorised, I refuse you to email me anything and do not call me again.
