Nuisance call - “we are calling in relation to your recent car accident”. Reported to TPS!

I got call from this number yesterday, no message was left. I just got another call and from this number 0161 416 6212 but it was silent for 30 seconds then I hung up.

My mobile rang once then stopped . Just as if someone was testing if my number was " live ".
nIhave no idea who it was , and no intension of ringing the number back.
