no idea who this was, I have been getting numerous phone calls from numbers starting 0208 954 for the past couple of days, I did have one voice mail left but it didn't say anything. So annoying!!

Called my house number. Silence then hung up!
They knew my name and said they were "Quadrangle", this was nearly 9pm. Seen the other comments so I have now blocked them.

Ringing my PAYG mobile number which is not registered with PayPal and is unknown to anyone other than family. They ring it and pester me. These scum bags are not PayPal. Just scammers trying their luck on random phone numbers. Block and ignore.

Repeated missed calls with 1-2 second silent/static answering machine message. I am a Wesleyan customer AND my car insurance is due for renewal soon so I assume it is them electronically dialling me?
