SCAM Originally said they were love energy then that changed to love Ltd. The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. He also said he was the owner of the business.
The number rang me but when answered did not respond at all and went quiet , suspicious.

01992 466466 called. Automated voice saying that it was from the fraud department and that £900 pound was being taken out of my account for a visa debit payment. Had so many of these defo fraud.

Fraud Indian call centre for bank frauds. Try to get card numbers and run up transactions which they tell you are 'cancelling frauds' but you are being tricked into allowing the payments. They have the old BT customer database, so have names, addresses and bank details from 10+ years back

There was a suspicious pause & silence (auto-dialler?) when I answered and then the call was disconnected. Another damn nuisance call. Some recorded woman's voice trying to convince me there are two fraudulent transactions on my bank account, press number one to get details etc. As it happened, I'd just been checking my bank account online, but I wouldn't have believed her anyway, as that's not the way my bank would contact me. This pathetic scam originated from a number in Knighton, a small town in Powys about ten miles from my house. Whoever you are, try and get a life!
