Claimed to be from Lloyds fraud protection giving home location and claiming card was used at another location. Quickly realised it was a scam call and went to quickly hang up, the caller made a very strange noise beforehand lol.

If they were a genuine caller then they would have known that Curry's PC world no longer exists as it's now known as just Curry's. Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?
