As above, it's a scam to try to get you to let them take control of your computer, do not under any circumstances tell them anything. They are trying to rip you off.
Search against this number after someone called asking to speak to two directors saying it was "an urgent financial matter". Someone else from their office - company name Greenfields - earlier and spoke to our accounts manager and was told they could assist in financial matters. Basically, they prey on companies who are having financial issues promising to help. This is the third call from this company today. Perhaps the right hand should know what the left hand is doing!

Rang and asked for someone whose name I didn't know. When I said they weren't at the number they dialled they called back twice more, first time said "i just wanted to explain" before i hung up. The second time I just said "are you kidding me?" and terminated the call.
