I thought only EE had access to this data so I thought nothing of it. They told me they’d be giving me an extra 10gb of data for £8 extra on top of my bill. When asked which department revealed to be Shenco Associates (or something like that)...but tried to be persistent without revealing WHO she was actually speaking to.
